The office was clean, the staff was friendly. I felt comfortable with the dentist and thought he was professional and knoweldgeable. My only complaint is that I had to pay upfront. They then filed with the insurance and issued a credit to my account. It sounds like quite a bit of a hassle to actually get them to send the refund I am due. I am not sure if they do this thinking you will come back because you have a credit there, or if they are hoping you forget and are making money off of you. I think I will push for my refund and try out someplace who will file first and then bill. I found this to be very inconvenient and something just doesn't seem right about it.
