Please check with the Better Business bureau before contracting with this company. They have a C+ rating and many complaints.
DHL was quite prompt and attentive while providing a quote for the service. We had a have a new HVAC system installed. This is when the problems started. First, the thermostat was a different size than our previous one, revealing ugly wallpaper beneath. The installation tech hid this during the final walkthrough by placing the manual to cover the defect. Then, 2 days after installation, the system stopped working. The tech came out the next morning and replaced a fuse, which solved the problem for about 8 hours. This was Friday night. Although we were promised service Saturday morning, the service never arrived and there 0 communication. After 24 hours of no service in the cold, we were forced to bring in a separate repair service and DHL did not reimburse us for our costs and has indicated a 'termination to our business arrangement', breaching our contract which entitles us to a 10 year service warranty.
