Very Happy with sale and service (Scooter) 4/11/2009

Jim and his mechanic know the stuff they sell. Bought a Hyosung moped there, and returned to have my 500mi maint done (no problems). Also added some parts to beef-up performance, and I could not be more satisfied. If he doesn't have it, he can most-likely get it for you. Worst possible customer service 9/18/2007

I'm calling around trying to find a place that will install tires on my moped. A task in itself since not too many places do. I ask the gentleman (didn't ask for his name) if he could do it ""Yes."" he says. So as the conversation goes on (I'm asking for more details to be sure) he tells me that he can't do it because the tire wasn't bought through his store and told me ""You should have the place you bought it online install it,"" before I can explain he hangs up. Mind you I'm in Michigan. more
