I feel that everyone went above and beyond to make the purchase quick and easy yet extremely informative with respect to the new vehicle. what excellent customer service 3/21/2011

I have nothing but good things to say about your dealership and service department. I had to stop in for a battery for my auto entry and pointed out that my sunvisor bracket/clip had broken and as I was getting my battery they had fixed the little bracket clip for me. I was in and out within 20 minutes what excellent customer service! more

Overall, treated respectfully 3/15/2011

Overall, treated respectfully, salespeople responsive to needs. Only 1 glitch mars the experience: Tools were not available to remove license plate from our trade-in. Salesman was to have plate removed and mail it to us. He did not follow through. Plate stayed on the car sold to a used car lot. This was upsetting for potential liability to us. more
