I really enjoyed my experiences to this store. I thought the people/person was extremely kind. living in haymarket, you can be kind of far away to certain places that sell things like Vera Bradley, but DFTH is really close to me. The atmosphere of the store is warm and friendly. She will order any color or category that she doesn't have in stock for you, which is convenient. One of the few bad things is that the store is in her house, and i couldn't really find it the first time. also, there wasnt much of anything besides VB, which was kind of disappointing, but didn't bother me. overall it was a really great store and a really great experience! Pros: large VB collection, close to home, warm atmosphere Cons: hard to locate for first time, not much of anything else more

All I can say is ""no thank you""!! Rude, rude, rude . . . . Cute store but oh so much Vera Bradley . . . maybe a little too much Vera Bradley . . . . But somehow I'm guessing that Vera Bradley wouldn't approve of the thankless behavior of these representatives. Too many other stores out there to waste your time with this one.
