Detail King

BEWARE!!! Employees steal items out of vehicles!!! \r \r Took my Mercedes in for a full detail in July 2013 (purchased from GROUPON). The detail was awesome however, the money that had been left in my vehicle was stolen. It was less than $10 - but that's NOT the point. It's a matter of principle for me.\r \r I called the owner when I realized my money had been taken and he said he only had ONE person who had cleaned my car. The owner offered to write a check for the stolen money but I requested he talk with his employee first to determine if the employee had ""misplaced"" the money or ""forgotten"" to place it back in my vehicle. I didn't want to accuse anyone of stealing if it had been an honest mistake. And, let's face it- we all make mistakes. \r \r The owner offered to follow up with his employee and check the shop for the missing money and call me the following day.\r \r It's been a month now and the owner still HASN'T called me back after our initial conversation nor have I received any money. I allowed him ample time and the courtesy of trying to fix it before providing negative feedback.\r \r I'm a police officer in the metro area and want to warn others-DO NOT take your vehicles there it's not worth the detail if they are thieves and don't take care about their customers.\r \r I won't be going back - and will tell everyone my story.\r more

Terry detailed my truck inside and out and it looked awsome. I needed to sell it and wanted it to look its best. It sold in two days at top dollar!! The end of every winter I will return to have my trucks looking great for the summer.\r \r Thank you Terry!! more

We called around to several auto detail shops and got better customer service and a WAY better quote from the Detail King. We took our jeep there with stains in the back seat (berry yogurt from some kids) and the owner was very friendly. When we picked up our vehicle, I couldn't believe it was the same one. I thought with the lower price, some details might be skimped, but it was beautifully done. It shined and look like a brand new car, inside and out. I highly recommend this detailer---they can be hard to find info on, but they are well worth checking into. Pros: Great customer service and pricing! Cons: Nothing more

I brought my car to the Detail King not knowing what to expect. What I got was amazing! The owner, Terry, was very helpful and maintained the standards I am use to at other detail shops. He made a repeat customer out of me. My car came back to me looking like new, almost didn't think it was my car at all. Thanks again Detail King!\r \r -Tom Pros: Exceptional job, period!
