I don't know what some of these ppl are talking about. I've been with destination for 4 years & have loved Jessica. she's so much better than the 3 or 4 managers they had before her. She's been nothing but professional & pleasant. She is firm but she's not mean. more

The management company from HELL 4/22/2012

This management company is Horrible. They changed their fees - no notice, they didn't finish repairs, they are hard to deal with. Jessica is really cold hearted, unable to admit when she is wrong, even when you have paperwork backing you---when you try to talk to her about the mistake she made, she really gets mean and is out for revenge. She is mean, coldhearted, evil and has no business being a manager in that office. Her mistakes can cost you big bucks. One day I hope to forgive and forget what terrible darkness she brought to my life. I now know what it's like to really hate a person. more

My experience is totally different than the others listed here. Jessica and the rest have always been professional and polite. Responding in a timely fashion as well. When i lost my job and got behind they didnt have to work with us but they bent over backwards to help us. I would recomend them to anyone. Including family. more

Horrible company to do business with. I cant say enough how much I despised renting from them. Ranging from ridiculous charges, broken guarantees, and the complete and udder lack of desire to keep their tenants happy. They will nickel&dime you for everything they can. If you choose to do business with them then there are a few things you should expect. - You wont get your Deposit back, they will find a way to keep it. - No matter what happens they will never let you out of the lease without paying for the entire term. - They will not make the repairs the promise unless a cheap ghetto-rig can be done. - The will charge you ridiculous late fees even if they got your rent on time but cashed it late. - Take pictures of EVERYTHING because they will try to make you pay for repairs on things that were already broken. - They will not listen to anything you have to say. Their property manager Jessica has a friendly voice, but dont be fooled. Just to clarify none of the issues I had with them was about the neighborhood, only the poor business values. If I could rate lower I would; stay away from them. Pros: Seriously? ... None that any other place couldn't offer Cons: Tons, read the details below more
