Destination Day Spa Inc

My daughter bought her and I a package for a massage, manicure and pedicure. We had never been there before and didn't know what to expect. We both had massages that was very relaxing and very good. We thought so far our experience here was going to be a good one. Since they were short handed that day the owner said she would be doing both of our mani/pedi. No problem, that was fine with us. Well, she was very rushed with our manicures so much that she didn't do them properly. We had our spa treatments on a Friday and by Sunday our nails were already chipping. I was very upset since my daughter paid alot of money for this package. I called the spa to let them know I was dissatisfied but so far I have not heard back from them. This just shows how customer unfriendly they are. I will never use them again and have told my friends not to either. Obviously the owner does not care about repeat customers or she would have called back and explained her policy to me. more

I was totally blown away with this spa. The services were the best I've EVER had in Pittsburgh. The staff is friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed all of my services. The facial was sheer perfection and the Massage was the best. The pedicure was enjoyable and the conversation and all around experience was with Kathleen was a blast. I came into the spa not knowing what to expect and left COMPLETELY satisfied. I don't usually write reviews but my experience at Destination Day Spa made me want to express my gratitude to the staff, Being a Mom I rarely have the opportunity to have time for myself and this was a wonderful treat. What a great day I just spent at Destination Day Spa! I almost couldn't walk after the absolute best massage of my life. Angela totally rocks. The mani/pedi was awesome and totally loved the atmosphere. WOW thats all I can say about this place!! more

I'm new to the Wexford area and was looking for a new day spa to get my hair and nails done. A friend of mine referred me to Destination Day Spa. The spa is very warm and friendly. Jessica the stylist did my hair and I was VERY pleased. I also had my nails done and really enjoyed my service and the wonderful conversation. I would highly recommend to everyone.
