Designer Image Hair Salon

I tried this salon after a friend said liked it. I went there and everyone was so rude. They made me wait 30 past my appointment and then rushed through my haircut. The whole time the stylist was talking to other people and totally ignoring me. My friend told me after that the same thing happened to her when she went back for her next appointment and neither of us will ever go back! Stay far away more

I took my son to see Jeannie while our regular stylist was out. She did a terrific job on my son's hair for picture day at school, and I am very picky about my son's hair. She talked to him and joked with him and made him comfortable. She's very friendly and bubbly. The whole place has a good atmosphere. There is a fun shop where they sell designer purses and jewelry, etc. Jeannie also has some cute jewelry on display in her studio for very reasonable prices. It's the place to go to pamper yourself, or like me, get my son to look good on picture day! Also Jeannie was able to get me in right away even though I had waited until the last minute, in the evening too. Thanks, Jeannie!! I didn't realize we had a place like this in Gilbert. Let me tell you, Jeanne is talented. I had gotten a horiffic color/cut a a major ""upscale"" salon and my hair came out yellow and white. I cried for 2 days. I found this place and Jeanne really took her time and listened to my concerns. She gave me a terrific cut and fixed the color, too. I have never experienced a stylist that was this caring as well as technically adept. She epent a lot of time with me and actually listened to my concerns (I have very fine but thick hair). I was so pleased with the job she did. I will definately be using her again! Pros: Individual care, no pressure to buy products, exceptional stylist Cons: small shop, but then again she is the only stylist more
