You are at their mercy time wise for the work to be done. They subcontract everything out and schedule you in according to when the various workers can get to you. The plumber may have another job going even though that's what is needed before the electrician comes, there goes another week. I was told 3-4 weeks for the cabinets to come in, and 4-5 weeks for the job to be complete, the cabinets took 9 weeks and some were the wrong size, after parts were reordered, and finishing touches were made, they finally finished 1 year later. I called them to find out what and when things were going to get done, little effort was made by them to keep me on schedule. I would suggest either ordering the cabinets from them, and have your contractor do the work so that installation can be done in a timely matter. Or find a company that does it all in house.
Pros: good showroom and selections
Cons: subcontract out everything needed for the job, much time wasted.
