Unprofessional service 2/22/2008

I purchased a massage at this salon. The massage therapist started my appointment 15 minutes after it was supposed to begin (and what I had paid for). He talked about personal things (that should be discussed with a significant other and left in the bedroom) the entire time and asked me personal questions that a total stranger should not be asking someone. I was extremely uncomfortable and could not relax at all. Cons: Unprofessional service more

my family has been going to the design group for over 20 years. from my wife & me, to my kids, we have always had great styles & service. friendly, fun, & professional we recommend it for all of your salon needs! Pros: lots of experience, my wife loves her hair color! they listen first, then suggest Cons: sometimes hard to get into your favorite person more
