Went to this office in August 2012 as they accepted my Kaiser insurance. The x-rays and cleaning were included. I also had a crown placed. My share with insurance was $ 690.00. how much is a crown anyway? Then they recommended a deeper cleaning. My share was to be around $700.00 with the insurance. Went to Mexico had it done for $150.00. Took the Cardiff bus from Palm Springs in Aug.Comfortable ride! Fast forward Jan 2013. Loma Linda is doing a couple implants. Saw them Monday They said my teeth looked clean and only needed a routine cleaning. Called Dr Hanna who refused to clean my teeth as i did not have the deep cleaning done at his office.(saved$550.00)I am due for another insurance cleaning.I trust Loma Linda assesment of my teeth. Western Dental is doing the cleaning tomorrow. They did x -rays(yes another set!}and said that i only need a routine cleaning. Stay away from Dr Hanna at Gateway Dental. He is only out for himself and the bucks. Why would you refuse to clean and xray a patients teeth if the insurance is paying? A cleaning for the patient is better than none!! Greedy, Greedy, Greedy! PS You can save big bucks at Loma Linda and it is only 45 minutes away! Will RN more

Avoid these people at all costs, Save yourself some Mouth Pain and Wallet Pain, They will push you into making a commitment that will lead you wishing you had never went under their care. Believe me, these people are good at what they do...Scam Artists! Beware. Read the reviews and the BBB Reports for yourself first. more
