Quality service at a competitive price 3/17/2014

I've been using Deschutes Plumbing Inc for quite a few years. I have several homes, and they take care of all of my homes in Bend, Oregon. They have really prompt service, and they have been more than willing to come out right away to take care of a problem. I just had a problem at my home up here with a broken water pipe caused by the freezing cold. They came out and found the problem, and they started fixing it right away. It was an emergency, and they were willing to work with me. They provide good quality service at a competitive price. more

Complete satisfaction 2/26/2014

Deschutes Plumbing is great. They scheduled me right away when I called them and everything was taken care of smoothly. I had a leaky faucet in my kitchen sink and they replaced it for me with great care. The gentleman who came to repair it was professional, punctual, and polite. Laurie even called me the day after to see if everything was running correctly. I liked how responsive everyone at Deschutes Plumbing is. I'd strongly recommend them if you want proficient plumbing services. more

Very satisfactory 1/8/2014

Deschutes Plumbing mostly do drain cleaning. We've had the same guy, Mike, over a couple of times over the past two years and he's very friendly, efficient, and pleasant. I'm very happy with his work. more

Quality and quick work. 10/22/2013

We called Deschutes Plumbing Inc. when we wanted to add another water heater. They get all fives because they did what they said they would do and got here when promised. The entire job was finished in an expedited manner. more

My husband had used Deschutes Plumbing Inc. once before. We decided to call them here again to have a water line installed in the front yard. They were very good servicemen. We had good relations with them, and they did their work very well. We couldn't complain about any of it. more

Great experience 10/10/2013

We had to hook up the stove and we had to try to get it arranged. Deschutes Plumbing helped troubleshoot it and make it work and everything turned out fine. Catherine J. more

Personable and professional 10/9/2013

Deschutes came in and was very professional, nice and did an efficient job. He was in and out within an hour and let my two-year-old son watch him change the Ink-er-rator which I thought was really cute. more

Deschutes plumbing is "my plumber"! These guys do an amazing job at the repairs. There service guys are honest, timely and professionals. They go up and above to help you and are happy to answer questions. They have given me great advice on how to Prevent repairs from happening! On top of all of that, they are an advocate for you and keep their costs down. Very professional and affordable... You can't beat that!!! more

Deschutes Plumbing installed a water shut-off valve for us. I found them to be very customer-focused. The scheduling process was outstanding. Laurie followed up to make sure all the details were understood. The technician showed up when he promised he would. He was very well-equipped and did the job well. His personal goal was to finish the job in less than an hour so I would have to pay for the additional labor. I would absolutely use them again. more

We have used Deschutes Plumbing a number of times. Their plumbers are exceptionally knowledgeable, polite, and a pleasure to have in our home. The owners are equally pleasant, always courteous and very good about getting help here quickly when we need it. more

There were terrific 6/11/2013

Deschutes Plumbing were terrific. I had a leaking toilet and he fixed it. He was very honest. He asked if there was anything else he could do while he was here so I showed him the bathroom and he corrected a few things. He also checked our system that allows us to turn the water on and off on the water main. He gave us tips on how to turn the water off quickly. We got a lot of value for the short time he was there. He was there to do everything he could for us. I would absolutely continue to use them. more

They showed up somewhat on time and performed the work required. They seemed rushed and distracted. The plumber had issues with his vehicle and was not 100% focused on the job. The downside was that they had to return to finish the job and charge me for another $85.00 service call. I was not happy about that. I will not be calling them again. more

Reliable, decent people 4/12/2010

I have several rental homes in Bend and when I needed them, they have been good about it. They have done at least one broken pipe job in cold cold weather and were fair about it. I've used other plumbers in town and felt dorked ( yes dorked ) when it was over. I'd recommend to a friend. Roy R. Pros: They show up and do the job more

showed on time and gave me options for the repair, repaired fast and for the price i was qouted. the plumber even did an inspection of the rest of my house free of charge. Pros: can do attutide more
