I have never been a 'fan' of going to the dentist growing up, but things have definitely changed. Now, it's not a big deal at all and I actually look forward to going. The staff at J B Short Dentistry is top of the line. From the receptionist, to the hygenist, to the dentist - all make you feel so comfortable. Best of all, I feel confident that I am getting the best service available. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know - you will be happy, I am sure of it! I have never felt so comfortable sitting in a dentist chair than I have as Dr. Short's patient. He is so easy-going & friendly He always listens to my concerns & always does his best to make me & my whole family feel comfortable. Dr. Short is great w/ boys and they are not afraid to see him even when they know they are getting a filling done. Dr. Short's whole staff is amazing and I highly recommend him as a Dentist. As a patient who is normally extremely anxious in the dentist's chair, Dr. Short and his staff put me at ease. The staff prides itself on being kind and easy-going and instantly puts you at ease, while they handle your dental visit with expertise. I had a couple crowns done, while pregnant, and a filling and have had no evidence since then that my teeth ever had a problem to begin with:) I would definitely recommend this office! more

In my several visits to Justin B. Short Dentistry, I have been impressed on every front. The staff is friendly (which makes a world of difference when you are nervous about getting dental work done!) Waiting room time is minimal and the whole experience is stress/pain free. I would highly recommend this office to anyone. more

My experience at Justin B. Short's Dentistry in Troy, Mo was very professional. Upon contacting, I was immediately given an appointment to come in for pain I was experiencing. The staff there was attentive, easy to talk to, & helped me feel comfortable despite my pain. Upon examination & x-rays, Dr. Short referred me to his oral surgeon (nearby) as soon as possible to get a second opinion on whether I needed my wisdom tooth extracted. I did end up needing to get it out, but all in all my experience was great! Our family will continue to go to this dental practice for our dental needs. Thanks again Dr. Short & staff!
