Des Moines Dental Center

I've been a patient of Dr. Reeves since I moved to the South Puget Sound area from Virginia about 17 years ago. I chose him as my new dentist based on advice from a co-worker and it has been the best dental decision I've ever made. I thought it strange at first that for my first appointment I only had to wait five minutes before being seen; over the past years I've found out that waiting only five minutes is quite usual. And after this very short wait, I am treated with respect and friendliness by a talented, pleasant, and professional staff. Dr. Reeves is extremely knowledgeable and has a deft touch. When I needed some advanced procedures, such as a graft or a crown, he took the time to explain to me why I needed these done, what the process was, and what I needed to do for the procedures to take hold. He and his staff also go the extra mile. For example, he cut short a staff meeting to open early and immediately treat a problem I was having with a loose tooth. One of the ways I know it is a good place to work is that some of the same staff that was there when I first went to the Des Moines Dental Center are still there. They obviously enjoy their work and the working environment, and this comes out in the way they treat their patents. I very highly recommend him and his staff. I have been to a number of dental offices throughout the years, and I have found Des Moines Dental to be the absolute best. The areas I listed under ""Pros"" are continuously observed at Des Moines Dental. To the list you can also add friendly, instructive, patient and understanding. Through out the last seven years, I have witnessed Dr. Reeves and his staff continuously upgrading their skills. This has allowed me to receive a wide variety of services out of one office, with one (proven) competent dentist. The list is quite extensive, and includes crowns, root canals, fillings, orthodontics and implants. If I quit smoking, I'm up for the new LASER gum therapy he is now offering (but until I quit, he has advised me that it wouldn't be for the best, health wise nor financially). In addition, they work as a team, listening to each other and sharing their combined knowledge, ensuring I receive the best service possible. I have been receiving care from Dr. Reeves for several years. He does great work, good hours, and great customer service. They really go out of there way to let you know all of your expenses up front. The crowns I have had done all fit well the best work I have had done. I had a tooth ache and they got me in within an hour of calling them. Friendly staff that really go out of their way to make you comfortable.I would highly recommend Dr. Reeves. Three years ago my dentist retired. He was the only one Id ever seen yes, since my first tooth. It was to think about finding a replacement as my previous dentist was great. Some how I found this place and Im so glad. I have very sensitive teeth and gums due to some surgery years ago, but the cleanings here are virtually painless. The people are friendly and considerate of my needs more
