I am sorry that your first stay with us did not please you, though to be honest when checking on the date of your post I noticed one striking fact. It was the exact time period that my mother (owner) lost her long painful battle with cancer. This took an emotional tole on our family, and as a family business we were guilty of letting our personal hurt come through into our business life. I can honestly say though during that very difficult hour the warm hearts and cold noses our our four legged guests got us through. They could always tell when we each needed that extra cheek kiss or when we needed a soft head to scratch.
