GREAT GREAT GREAT!!! They are all about patient care in this office! As a patient, I look forward to visiting the office, getting the scoop on the latest advancements in the industry, all while knowing they only have my best interest in mind. Everyone from the doctor, the front desk, to the back office and everyone in between are an absolute delight to deal with!!! I went in for botox treatment of my forehead wrinkles. I had to repeat the same story to about 4 different people before the doctor did the treatment. The doctr looked bored because I was just interested in one area of botox. It looked ok, but it didn't last as long as when I had it done in New York. I'm not that impressed here. Pros: location Cons: feels like assembly line more

Mother of the bride - Beautiful 8/4/2007

I had my daughter's wedding last weekend and I owe it to Dr. Rubinstein and Terri for making me look UNBELIEVABLE. It took several trips and a well planned rejuvenation plan, but it was all worth it. I also had IPL on my hands and chest which really cleared up my skin. I was thrilled to get so many compliments, and the best thing is that I looked better without looking fake or "done". I just want to sincerely thank everyone and write this review for others to know that it may take some time, and some money, but the results are worth it. I went in to see Dr. Rubinstein for a skin check. A quick 60 second glance was performed.Luckily everything was ok with a mole that I was worried about. The next thing I know he starts saying how bad my skin looked and recommended a ton of creams and an IPL treatment. Well, I bought a couple hundred dollars of some creams and had an IPL treatment. I got several scabs on my face and got a immediate breakout from them. So now several hundred dollars later, I only look worse. Beautiful work, kind, knowledgable doctor and great staff. Very friendly and excellent service! I have had several procedures done at this office and they have turned out amazing. I am very pleased with the results. I had the IPL facial and it is really amazing how it clears up spots and gives me the smooth finish I want for my skin. And they have a rewards plan! Pros: Great Staff, Sweet, Very Knowledgable Doctor, Ample Parking more

I am very pleased with the service and the treatments. I look and feel good and naturally "enhanced". Nobody could tell why I look better but I do. It's well worth every penny I spent. The staff is fair and doesn't push you to get procedures you don't need. Everything Dr. Rubinstein recommended really made a difference in how I look. The doctor did all the fillers and Botox injections himself. My consultation with the doctor, his physician assistant and the skin analysis was also very informative and educational. This is a classy practice which is not too stuffy. I really had a good experience and will be back. By the way I came here because I saw the doctor on the news. He is up on all the latest, so I feel great about the treatments I got. I highly recommend this practice. more

Surrounded by entertainment industry folk, this place ROCKS. I came to Dr. Rubinstein through a recommendation and looked him up on line and I am glad to say that I was very impressed. The medical treatment was top notch. My skin looks an feels so much healthier, I am actually getting compliments after years of suffering from acne breakouts and scars which I had to cover up with heavy stage make-up for years. I had two photofacials and a couple of peels with their aesthetician. I am 37 years old and still got breakouts, Dr. R got my acne under control and I pop in once in a while to get an injection before a shoot. I am a true fan and thank you Dr. R and staff you ROCK! Pros: top notch service and great crowd Cons: parking can be a hassle more

Terri is an excellent aesthetician. She is so knowledgable about skincare. She does amazing peels and dermaplaning. I followed her from her last job...I would follow her anywhere! Dr. Rubenstein's office is so lucky to have her. If you care about your skin, trust it to Terri....I've had many facials in my day and my skin has never looked as good as when she has done it. I got a much better result than my friends who went to a spa. I was referred here by someone else who had good results and now my friends are switching.
