Dr. Sawyer's and her staff's attitudes, professionalism, care of patients, and customer service are extremely poor. She and her entire staff have an ""I don't care about you"" attitude, ""we only care about the amount of money you pay to us."" I had a problem after a procedure; I requested that someone at the office give me a call in order to correct the problem. Do you think anyone from her staff called or even cared about my issue? NO! I was referred to her by my regular dermatologist. I will never return to her office again nor will I recommend her office to anyone. Medical school should have taught her compassion and understanding for her patients. Furthermore, all of them are very unfriendly. I am sure my money will be welcomed somewhere else. A few weeks ago, Dr. Sawyer held an open house. With it being an open house, you would think she and her staff would be friendly to everyone. That couldn't be further from the truth. The nicest people there were the people who greeted you outside to register you for drawings and the caterers. She is the most unfriendly, service professional, along with her staff, I've ever met. I took with me a potential patient who was interested in learning more about her services. After she witnessed their attitudes, she said I will not be coming to her, because evidently, she doesn't need or want my money. These people have a very serious problem. For certain, I know two people who will never visit Dr. Sawyer's office again.\r
