I wish I could post the before, during, and after pictures of what Dr. Sarah Sawyer did for me. She is the very best dermatologist I've ever known. I flew just to have her work on me from Columbia Missouri. I could not be happier with my results. She is amazing, brilliant, and talented beyond my expectations. Her staff is so kind. I feel very blessed to know her and can't say enough good things. From 1 to 5 stars she gets 10!!! Thank you!!!!! more

I went to see Dr. Sawyer for the first time. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I had been looking for a Dr. that could help me with my problem, I have CREST syndrone and Dr. Sawyer knew about this condition. She was an answer to my prayers since everyone didn't know what to do or just didn't do it. The staff members knew thier jobs and went about them but still did it in a caring way. I worked in the medical field for 37.5 years so I think I would know the difference. They are all great and Dr. Sawyer words can't express how much she helped me just that one visit. I can't wait to go back. I have already mention Dr. Sawyer to several ppl and will continue to do so. Thank you again Dr.Sawyer and staff you all have what it takes more

I have been a patient of Dr. Sawyer's for over two years. It has been a fantastic experience. Dermatology & Laser of Alabama is neat, very clean, staff is organized, and most importantly, Dr. Sawyer is a not only an excellent dermatologic surgeon but a wonderful person. She listens to my concerns, and addresses them directly and honestly. I recommend Dr. Sawyer and the many different services she offers, to any personality type; she is open, non judgmental, extremely knowledgeable, and very honest. I have been seeing Dr. Sawyer for five years and can honestly reccomend her without hesitation. She is hands down the best cosmetic dermatologist I have been to (and there have been many) My friends tell me my skin looks 10 years younger than my age! Do yourself a favor and see her. We were there for my husbands first appt., for a suspicious skin cancer growth and FIRST they were on time! Second, Dr. Flanagan was very nice, thorough, and informative. She made us feel at ease as we possibly could considering circumstances. Would recommend her to anyone searching for a dermatologist. more

Saw Dr. Sawyer yesterday for the first time and was very happy with my leg vein treatment and Juvederm injections. Her staff was wonderful and made me feel comfortable and cared for. I will recommend her to friends. more

Dr. Sawyer's and her staff's attitudes, professionalism, care of patients, and customer service are extremely poor. She and her entire staff have an ""I don't care about you"" attitude, ""we only care about the amount of money you pay to us."" I had a problem after a procedure; I requested that someone at the office give me a call in order to correct the problem. Do you think anyone from her staff called or even cared about my issue? NO! I was referred to her by my regular dermatologist. I will never return to her office again nor will I recommend her office to anyone. Medical school should have taught her compassion and understanding for her patients. Furthermore, all of them are very unfriendly. I am sure my money will be welcomed somewhere else. A few weeks ago, Dr. Sawyer held an open house. With it being an open house, you would think she and her staff would be friendly to everyone. That couldn't be further from the truth. The nicest people there were the people who greeted you outside to register you for drawings and the caterers. She is the most unfriendly, service professional, along with her staff, I've ever met. I took with me a potential patient who was interested in learning more about her services. After she witnessed their attitudes, she said I will not be coming to her, because evidently, she doesn't need or want my money. These people have a very serious problem. For certain, I know two people who will never visit Dr. Sawyer's office again.\r \r more
