This is a fantastic group of pediatricians, as well as an amazing nurse practitioner. We've always been able to get in within a day whenever we've had acute issues. We've been going to this practice for about 5 years, and they have always been wonderful. more

I love the Physican I choose (Dr. Boyce) However I am not happy with the customer service by other staff members at this facility. I had an appointment (for my child) on 1/24/11 I was 10 min late and I was dismissed to reschedule. I was so disgusted. I under stand the importance of time management and proptness- I was at fault being tardy. However I have never been seen on time or prior to a 45min- to an hour wait at this facility. I have seen people come and go and I continue to sit. Once I get to the examination room. I have had the doctor come in and leave to tend to something else as if my time meant nothing. After all the times I patiently waited - to be dismissed was insulting. It's not like I would have been seen within the 15 mins - as I NEVER have been before. There were only 2 people in the waiting room so it wasn't that they were too busy to fit me in. I just feelt after all the time my time (appointment) was not respected this office could have been a bit more understanding. My biggest complaint is the rudeness of staff members. I chose this location for it's convenience. My two children are patients here- but not for long. Currently seeking other health care providers that practice good customer care and realize I choose them they did not chose me more

I initially chose this practice for my son who has a Sensory Integration Issue and a daughter who I was choosing to vaccinate but on an alternative schedule. I was up front with Dr. Harper when I interviewed and he agreed with my terms...yet 9 months later, he kicked me out of his office for refusing to give my daughter her MMR within 30 days of her 2nd birthday. It made me furious that he argued with me in front of my daughter and when I politely declined the MMR (I wanted to wait until age 3) he told me to find another doctor. He is very arrogant and if you disagree with him, he will dispute you. It's very unfortunate I spent time trying to build a relationship there (I take my kids to the doctor a lot) only for him to ruin it and not respect my feelings as their mother. I believe in being honest and think other parents should how he is up front so this doesn't happen to them. This practice is fantastic! We have moved several times since my children were born, and this is the best practice we have joined. All of the doctors are wonderful and the staff and NP are right up there with them. We always get in when we need to and have such reliable friendly help once we are there. Nothing bad to say, except try and get an early appointment. Sometimes they can get really backed up later in the day. Pros: Always get to speak with a nurse and get in same day! Cons: occasionally late appointments and call times more

The Dr. and nursing staff are great. The nurses are very friendly and have good advice even for the most simple questions. It is also very easy to get a same day appointment if needed. The main drawback of this practice is the front office staff. I have considered switching practices due to how rude they are. They never smile(except when talking to each other), aren't helpful, and overall have horrible customer service skills! Really disappointing considering how good everything else is. Pros: Easy to talk to a nurse about questions/same day appt. Cons: The front office staff is incredibly rude. more

Very busy pediatrician's office, but I believe it's because everyone loves it there! Monday mornings on the phone can be up to 45 minutes to wait to talk to a nurse, especially in the winter. However, they are one of the few offices that I know which allow you to talk to a nurse vs. leaving a message. The nurses are very good about follow up with labs, scheduling procedures and are always very cheerful and happy, even with my uncooperative toddler! I would recommend this office to anyone!! I love Hazel Dell Pediatrics. All of the doctors and the nurse practitioner are awesome! I have seen every provider their and they genuinely care about every child they see! The nurses are great! I have called many times about concerns and they have given great advice. The doctors will also get back with you same day. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone! more

The front office staff at this medical office is soooo rude. They have never once smiled, said good morning/afternoon, or offered to help even when you are standing right in front of them. Also, we were told that a procedure would be covered by insurance, and it wasn't. It cost us $4000 out of pocket. We won't be returning... Cons: Rude Staff more

I have been with Dr. Glass for 8.5 years! She is a GREAT doctor! I have seen all 3 doctors and they all are great! I would highly reccomend anyone going to this practice! I have referred at least 3 families to this practice and they have all been happy. My daughter loves Dr. Glass and loves to go to the doctor. Both of my kids had tubes put in their ears at under 1 year of age. I have never had a problem with any of the doctors or nurses. They have it set up where you can speak to a nurse which has been Extremely helpful through out the years. Some of the front staff has been short, but usually they have been replaced pretty quickly. Overall I would never change doctors, they all have been wonderful! My daughter had some heart issues and Dr. Glass and Dr. Boyce were excellent, and sent us to a Great specialist, and followed up perfectly. I couldn't ask for a better nursing staff or doctors. Pros: Doctors and nurses are great and very caring. Cons: Front desk is sometimes not very friendly more

My son goes to Hazel Dell Peds and we just love everyone there! We've seen all docs and they are all just fantastic. I just can't say enough about them. Their nurses and staff are all young and so much fun, nice and caring. The office is very clean. This office is worth driving over 40 minutes for them to see my son! Pros: Everyone there is just awsome!! Cons: Nothing more

front office staff is extremely rude, i went in with my daughter limp in my arms with a fever of 104, they turned me away because i owed one copay of twenty dollars and did not bring my wallet. I was extremely panicked, they were rolling their eyes and smiling at each other. my very first time in the office i was standing at the glass window at 3 minutes to 1 pm, their was a sign on the window that said gone to lunch be back at 1, i figured i could just wait at the window until 1pm when the lunch was over, our appt was at 1. The girl rudely said to her caller hold on a minute, walked up to the window and said ""this window WILL NOT reopen until 1'oclock, have a seat"", and slammed the glass. My son saw a physician there and had over eight ear infections in a short time, the doctor according to another physician should have had tubes, and now suffers from hearing loss and is in speach therapy since he was a baby and went un-noticed until he was of speaking age. I would NOT recommend this office! Mothers and Fathers be aware! Pros: Doctors office was clean. Cons: Rude front office, Doctors don't show concern about your children more
