I will not be returning to this dermatologist office. Unfortunately I did like the doctor but not the staff. The staff is very rude and not helpful. They talked down to me when i asked questions which is very unprofessional.The place kinda smells weird also. I do not even want to give it a star for the rating, but the site requires a rating. I wish I never went.... more

Unprofessional and rude 1/3/2011

I have never been treated so unprofessionally by a ""professional"" in my life. I came in for a second follow-up appointment because I was worried about my skin condition and the side effects of a prescribed medication and I was met with an attitude and treatment that was entirely uncalled for. I don't know if it was because I'm young (21), but I certainly wasn't prepared for the lecture I received from Dr. Solomon. I'm sure if I had been a middle-aged woman I would not have had the same experience. It was rude and kind of shocking. It's safe to say I will not be returning for another appointment. more
