If I could give zero stars I would. From the Director and owner founder Renee Moschitto to the worker Jennifer Garza. This is one of the worst establishments and experience that I have ever in my life endured. Had bad side affects and lumps all over my face, forehead and eyes from the incorrect cheap filler, Botox as well poor technique. It caused me to feel and look like I had been beaten by wolves. No improvement at all! I looked worse and felt worse by the day due to this poor practice of what they say all the years of experience. Not only that. Go in multiple times to express all my concerns of health wise and looks, only to be told by both Renee and Jennifer that my symptoms are unheard of and it could be caused by the air and pollution. Yet I came to this establishment healthy with no known causes of the air and pollution that has been the same. I was treated as if my health and uneven face was the joke of Dermatouch. Always record everything you do cause you never know if it will come to hearsay, this is something I always do but when I noticed the language and the same professionalism as I spoke with the owner. I knew than any proof was a lost cause. It would be something that only court or law can determine. SMH..I’ll always have facts.on record so my word will match everything that is on camera. I work in the legal medical so I know protocol. They have you sign all this paperwork that is non and void when it comes to certain practices and the proof or intent to cause harm even after you have experienced your issues. All it takes is the looks, smirks and the overtaking and ridicule for your concern to prove my best interest was not priority. Even with pictures they had the nerve to say I looked better than before with lumps on my forehead and under my eyes. Wow! Or of course the big statement you need some more and it will do better. If you put one syringe in someone and have them look like a tiger I wouldn’t not recommend that. After countless visits and this establishment acting like they didn’t notice anything done improperly that was clearly visible to the eye. The resolution was to take it out and give me a refund. I had to ask repeatedly to be numbed under my eyes before sticking me as the owner refused, saying I don’t need that. Which if I request you numb me before taking this incorrect filler out. You should have honored without repeated request. After that I was given a refund and sent on my way and talked about the entire time as I signed a waiver not to sue for damages. Yikes! What a way to protect yourself if you didn’t do anything wrong right? Seriously take it from a recent customer. Prices are cheaper but you get what you pay for. BEWARE!! DON’T GO! If you want any proof I’ll be happy to give it to you. So you won’t just take this review. I’ll let you see the faces and reactions of everything from the first day. You will be so appalled at how I was being treated. Even after we took the filler out she asked Jennifer to take it out and she refused and that type of unprofessional is tolerated.
