Not only is the tech at Dependable Heating and Air Conditioning very sharp, but he's extremely punctual, polite, willing to discuss things in general re pros/cons, and even to discuss the bill without getting upset if there is any question. I just moved into my new place and although i love it here the one problem was the ac and heating units. they were the old fashioned, one unit through the window type. so I called Dependable Heating and Air Conditioning and they came over and fixed my ac and heating. i have central ac and heating now. they were very fast and responsive, the installation process only took a few hours and i am very happy with the product. more

To my amazement and delight, the technicians were able to fix the problem with minimally invasive repairs (cleared the primary drainage line with compressed air, re-leveled the drain pan, patched a gaping hole in the air duct). They were finished in about 30 minutes, at a total cost of about $100 (estimate included). What a pleasant surprise. I approve! more

Really good customer service. My AC unit was leaking and they came out the next day. They called me that morning to let me know the approximate time a tech would be there, but ended up calling me back right away to let me know that they had a tech in the area who could come by immediately. The tech came by and actually saved me money. Very courteous all around. more

Great Services, Good Deal. My heater went out during the worst time of year, the temp had hit the below freezing mark several times. It was time to get a working heater or freeze. I got quotes from several dealers and although the quotes were close, since Dependable was the original installers of my HVAC system, I decided to go with them. The sales manager John Stone is a straight shooter and presented several valid points as to why I should replace my AC also - entirely my choice. Since the AC was also 21 yrs old and it had problems cooling during the past hot summer days, it was a no brainer to do both the heater and AC at the same time to save a buck or two. When there were several glitches that I noticed with the order, John made it right with a smile, no complaints or additional costs. The installers were friendly, experienced and professional and I was thoroughly pleased with the overall install. Although I have not had sufficient time to see how much more economical this new "energy efficient" heating system is, I know it works full time with the variable air flow system that constantly keeps my house at the set temp within a degree. Amazing - no more full on, all off furnace noises. Since it has only been several months and still winter, I have not had to use the AC yet but if it works as well as the heating system, I will be thoroughly pleased.
