The owner, Dan, installed a new Frigidaire air handler in Mar, 09 (with 10 yr warranty &1 yr on labor) in my house. This morning (11/13/10) my unit didn't come on so I called him. First, Dan told me that he'd call right back to let me know when he was able to come out and take a look at it. Thirty minutes went by and nobody called. When I called, he didn't answer. I left a voice mail at both office & cell #s. One hour went by, nobody called. Again I called, someone named Mike answered the phone and said I got the wrong number. I left a message asking him to have a courage to handle the issue in a professional manner or I'd report his bad business practice to Houston BBB. He never called back. I didn't ask him to service the unit for free because I know the labor would cover for 1 yr from the the day it was installed. I was willing to pay if something needed to be done. I don't recommend this business to anyone. Apparently, he wasn't willing to provide service to a unit installed & guaranteed by him.
