I had a horrible experience. I brought my dog for observation not knowing what was wrong. Dr. Cheenepalli told me my dog was absolutely fine and he had no signs of problems for the entire day. As I tried to leave the office my dog wouldn't walk to the car which I found strange. As I put him in the car I notice my dog had no use of his back legs. I brought Flip back into the office immediately to show the Dr. Cheenepalli only to find out that they did not have a functioning xray machine and he still charged me $400 with no treatment........Doc Cheenepalli did not offer any resolution or treatment. more

Great veterinarian and staff with exceptional skill with oozing compassion. I have terrier mix about 5 years old got pregnant. I called few veterinarians around rockway nobody helped regarding my dog to get delivered.One veterinary hospital charged for about $ 500 for x-rays and referred me to go to specialist in Fairfield.They did not accept because no surgery time available for 24 hrs.One local vet suggested Dr Cheenepalli, Denville Anima Hospital might help.I called Dr Cheenepalli at about 10.30 am and explained him the situation and emmergency regarding my dog. He immediately responded and seen my pet in 10 minutes within 1 and 1/2 hour my caesarian was done saved mom and puppies. Staff called couple times before and after surgery abuot my pregnant pet and babies. Puppies were cared for one day , mom and puppies were home next day.The part of compassion is to understand urgency and finanacial constraints where Denville A nimal Hospital arranged payment plan too.I never ever forget more

I just want to share my experience with Denville Animal Hospital was great and i felt lot reasonable price for the excellent care and service. I met two doctors Dr Caban and Dr Reddy were very nice and knowledgeble.Staff are great and wait time was little more because i called at the last minute. more

Dr cheenepalli is very compassionate and caring doctor for my new kittens,even though he is new doctor in this area,he has wonderful attitude for pets and people.my first visit with my kittens went fantastic, while examining he was so gentle and educative about kitten medical and care issues.he is the best. more

I met Dr Caban at Denville Animal Hospital with my 11 year old maltese for dental problem.Thorough without muzzle in other places the used muzzle her.He took great length of time about teeth and their problems in small breed.Very caring and knowledgeble. more

I have a 7 yrs old cat,he has been going to different vets for vaccines and blood work. Every time the cat has been sedated for physical examination and blood drawing. When I met Dr.Cheenepalli he told that he is going to handle my cat without sedation.He took great length of time to assess my cat's behavior. He asked us to come during after office hours.Without any help Dr.Cheenepalli vaccinated our cat and trimmed his nails.It was a miracle,actually we couldn't believe that our cat was handled without sedation. I heard of Denville Animal Hospital from a friend of mine, so when my kitty Joey started vomiting I called Denville Animal Hospital on Sat @ 11am and they took him right away. I met with Dr. Cheenepali, who was very professional and treated Joey like his own. We brought Joey back on monday for some more tests and Dr. Cheenapali knew right away that Joey needed surgery. The office staff and Dr. Cheenepalli called me several times during the day to keep me updated. After the surgery, Joey experienced complications from the 3' string he swallowed and passed on Thursday of the same week. Dr. Cheenepalli and his staff at the Denville Animal Hospital spent so much time with Joey, that his passing was as emotional for them as it was for our family. Dr. Cheenepalli went above and beyond my expectations of a Doctor and would recommend him and his practice to anyone. I've been taking my dog to the Denville Animal Hospital for many years and have always been happy. The wait, even with an appointment, is always long. The front staff and veterinary assistants are always friendly and willing to help. If I have any questions, I call them and they are often able to answer them without me having to bring my dog in. Dr. Zeider is my favorite doctor. Very patient and compassionate with my dog and me. Never rushes through visits. However, I'm told he has recently left the hospital and a new doctor, as well as Dr. Moses, who owns the practice, will be the two Vets there. I have yet to meet the new doctor but hope for a good one. more
