Denver West Towing

Beware!!!! So I called Denver west towing to tow my truck. It took them 3.5 Hours during rush hour to pick up my truck that was broke down in the fast lane of I-25. Did I mention 3.5 hours??? Then they tow my truck to my house where the tow truck driver almost killed himself off loading my truck. He released the wench cable before the truck was on the ground and pulled my truck into neutral and put my truck through my garage door. I'm still trying to get paid for all the damages. The tow truck driver left me to board up my own door. I don't know about you but don't ya think the company should have taken the initiative to call a company to come out and board up a mistake they made???????? I would think. Then 4 months later the owner Rob wants to come over and look at all the damage after all is cleaned up. So I said come on over. This all started in July and it's now November. The owner Rob came to my house and asked what it would take to make this all go away and I told him a price of what I was out of pocket and he didn't like that price. He is also making his employee pay for all the damages. I would think that's why we all have insurance?????? Don't know about you but I wont ever use this company again. Very unprofessional. While the man who physically towed my car and the receptionist were both pleasant, the professionalism and good customer service stopped there. Apparently the man forgot to write down the expiration date on my credit card, not allowing the charge to go through. I left for vacation in the following days, and came back to three voicemails (two nice ones from the receptionist and one ridiculously unprofessional one from the owner). He criticized MY character, told me he had sent someone to my home (which he actually sent them to my neighbor's home), and threatened to take me to court. I did nothing wrong! Need an honest dependable company? Keep looking! Called this company for a scheduled tow to mechanic. They showed up late 1 hour 45 minutes, charged me more then they said they would and would not release my car to the mechanic till I paid whatever they asked for. If you ask why the price is higher then what they said it would be, they will start screaming at you, get in their truck and threaten to drive away with your car. Cons: late, over charged, rude more
