Wow! what a waste of time. I have used this place in the past to get locks re-keyed on my rentals and now their service, attitude and inventory have gone down the drain. I heard the place sold and boy it's just not the same place that's for sure. Save yourself the pain go somewhere else. more

Fast and Easy 10/24/2009

I broke a key off in my lock and had the ""locktician"" come out and fix it. They came out, fixed it, cleaned up the lock mechanism, and re-keyed the front door lock. Now, I wasn't really looking to re-key my front door, but I wasn't very clear and they cut me a couple of new keys as part of it and there are probably too many people out there with my keys anyway... so it worked out well.\r \r I highly recommend their fast and friendly service. Great Service 8/12/2008

\r I rent out several residences, and have called them out to have my locks re done on most of those properties. I get exactly what I ask for each time, and if something needs replaced I am educated on why and what is needed. Which has happened once, which convinces me that they have not tried to abuse my lack of household lock knowledge. I just have no complaints, and I recommend them for residential help. When I get a office I will update this review to include commercial experiences with Denver Lock & Key. Pros: I have never been told ""no"" or ""cant"" Cons: Price went up $15 dollars on weekends for the same work during the week more
