In my quest to identify with my once athletic self a friend suggested BCOR at Wash Park . I had my doubts as no one would describe me as a morning person, especially when I started BCOR in September 2005. By the 2 nd week I was hooked . Having my workouts completed in the morning allows me the flexibility to do and eat anything I want after completing my work day. Once again, I have found the joy in sweating, hard breathing and muscle soreness. I feel stronger and more energetic everyday after completing my workouts and better equipped to sustain the work-day.
