I had my family history printed and bound with Denver Bookbinding. They printed on acid free paper, that had a slight gloss to it and I got to choose the color of binding I wanted and the price included the gold foil stamping on the spine. Much easier and the quality was much better than the internet offerings...plus I wanted a special size of 7 x 10...which they did for me. more

I have been patronizing Denver Bookbinding for over 20 years with various book projects...from getting my Grandmother's family Bible restored to having my National Geographics bound every year. The service and product has always been quality and the staff has been very helpful in making decisions regarding how to best treat my volumes. more

I like supporting local businesses when I can, and woman-owned businesses, and Denver Bookbinding has been around a good long time serving a particular market for binding yearbooks, theses, etc. The owner is personable - I took a workshop with her. But it is hard to want to shop there when the staff sounds as if my phone call is an interruption in something more important they're doing, or as if customers are an inconvenience. Once, I got someone very pleasant on the phone (the owner?), but only once. Heck, if my inquires about sizes and prices (which went up since the last time I called) of an item I wished to purchase are treated as a bother, I'll go somewhere else where my business is more welcome and I am treated with at least respect.
