Taking the anxiety out of dental visits! 7/1/2011

As always, my dental visit went well. The staff is so nice and accommodating!! Elise was great!! She knows I am a wimp and was happy to get the nitrous oxide to relieve my anxiety (thanks Elise!!!). Dr. Harroz is always great and takes the time to visit even if not being seen by him on my cleaning visits. more

My visit went the same as it always does, awesome. All of you are so nice and professional. Honestly, I don't think anyone will every find a better dental office then ya'll. You are like a family to me. I think I feel asleep last time I was there, sorry. Have a nice day and think safety. more

I have had some very bad dental experiences in the past couple of years. I am finally glad to Have a dentist that will fix my tooth problems. I hate going to the dentist but had a good Experience with Dr. Harroz. more

Now days, who in the world has a Dentist that gives out his cell phone number, and answers it on a weekend. (I DO!). Dr. Edward is THE BEST. The whole team at Dentistry by Design are Top Notch. I would unquestionably recommend them to anyone. I will never go to anyone else.Thank you to all of you for caring about me. more

My recent visit for a cleaning was very pleasant. My dental hygenist is a very professional and personable lady. She always makes my visit pleasant. ( she's funny too )Both dentist greeted me with a smile and the staff at the front desk were both proffesional and pleasant. I would reccomend Dentisry by Design to anyone for there dental needs. more

Very Disapointed 11/6/2010

I sent this place an email requesting an appointment on Monday 11/1/10. As of today I still have not received a call, email or anything. This should have been my cue to stay away. However, I called them on 11/3/10 to setup an appointment. I arrive for my appointment and spoke with the receptionist who asked me for all my information. This did no good because I had to repeat over and over my SS#, phone#, insurance. I asked if my insurance was good to go and she said yes. Off to my cleaning and to setup for a crown to be done. First, was an x-ray, additional pictures, and then the number game. Then the demo of the water pix that she just added to my bill, didn?t ask me if I wanted one or if I had one. That was it, off to setup for an appointment and receive a bill for procedures in the future. I had two insurances, primary and a secondary. I was told that secondary insurance would not take care of the remaining bill, that the bill was already reduced. They said they would call me when more
