avoid this place! my car got towed there.. called asked for the price before I came got there and it was $200 more than what was first said. Next they claimed to not have my keys so I had to drive all the way home for the spare to only find out from state police that they in fact left my keys with them.. to make matters worse I could tell that they went through my entire car and stole numerous of my belonging including my $500 reading glasses.. these people are rude and total scum bags I dont know how they are still in business more

These people are rude, and are not helpful. Please file a complaint with the better business bureau more

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST COMPANY THEY ARE RUDE AND THEY STOLE ALL MY STUFF OUT MY TRUCK.THEY EVEN TOOK MY DOORS OFF TO GET MY SPEAKERS. more

Tow truck was blocking the street and my private parking space with the driver nowhere to be found. Over 5 minutes later the driver comes back and made no apologies and purposly took his time on moving the truck making me wait by the curb. After I vented my fraustration he then made a threatening comment alluding that I messed the wrong person this time. After that incident, I had to call the police to make a report just in case. more

First of all the receptionist is very rude, will not help or make it easy for someone to get there vehicle they use delayed technics to hold the vehicle. Do not use this towing company at all. They also make it difficult to find their location even with a map more

My truck had been towed to their yard as it was stolen from my home abd involved in a criminal investigation. The impound tried to charge my insurance company non-existent storage fees. I called to inquire why this had been advised. I was hung up on. Newark PD please find another towing company that's more professional! more

Car was towed from West Orange to Newark $425.00!!!! Izzy the driver would not take car where I wanted said boss said had to go to Newark!!!! If you see them comimg push your car to where ever!!!! and file a formal complainnt with State Police so these crooks will not be used by the State Police anymore!!!!! more

Dente Brothers towed my car last week and took the bumper half off. They obviously have no car for others' property despite charging an unsightly premium that even beats out New York City's towing charges. My car required repairs from the maker who said that the damage was undoubtedly caused by a tow. Their location is nearly impossibly to find and on the phone they are short and impatient with giving directions. $220 to be towed in Newark to an operation even less professional than in New York City (which costs $185) is outrageous. And at those rates you'd expect them to have a more contemporary file-keeping system than a massive book and a guy who drives you in a nondescript old brown car to fetch your car. Not looking forward to receiving the invoice for the repairs to my car that Dente Brothers caused. Cons: charges more than in NYC, careless with property, location more
