Awful service! Awful Work! I had numerous appointments for the same tooth! I wasted time and money and still continue to do so. I was going to this dentist for years and never had a problem until now! I never had any cosmetic dentistry done until now though either, just simple procedures and crowns in the back that you can't see. He put me through many painful appointments and we went through two crowns on this tooth only to have me go through a third procedure by a different dentist to fix the damage on my gum line that he created by placing it in incorrectly(crooked & didn't fit right).The staff was very rude and insensitive! They made appointments and didn't stick to the time on the appt. card! I could go on and on with more details but let me tell you outright that I am sickened! It is almost a year later and I am still walking around with a temporary crown that will be completed correctly from another dentist. I had to wait for my gum line to heal from all the unnecessary procedur more

I have been going to Dental Solutions for 6 yrs now, and have never had a problem with them. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. I've actually referred all my co-workers to them and about 90% have switched to them too!!! more

My last visit was not satisfactory. The assistant asked me what tooth was giving me trouble I pointed to the left side of my face. Without any further questions she took an xray. The Dr came in and without asking questions he started poking round my mouth--on the wrong tooth. My actual problem was caused by a rough edge on partial. A few question could have made this visit more productive. PROS: They have good magazines. CONS: Very poor comunication. more
