Overall the Doctors are nice and the actual dental service was adequate, however, the administrative people are absolutely some of the most poor I've ever dealt with.
My first appointment was cancelled 2 days prior to the date I had originally scheduled 2 months in advance. I was then told I had to reschedule again, later was told I didn't need to reschedule and could stick with my first appointment. The day of my appointment I was told I actually had 2 appointments.
When I first arrived I was handed a form that was overly redundant and when I inquired about things I was talked down to by the receptionist (either a high school student or recent HS grad). Furthermore, I saw her treat the other future patients the same way, with a special distaste for Spanish speakers, whom she told she couldn't help and needed to come back on another day so someone could translate.
After sitting down with the dental assistant I was told that I couldn't get the procedure I came in for, then was told because I am not public aid that I actually could get the procedure.
I was told something was covered with my insurance, and then asked again to have it confirmed. After work was done I was told that it wasn't actually covered and I owed $75 dollars instead of $5. There was no one able to speak to me about it until the next day. When I did call back I was told that she would speak to the doctor and that I spoke to the wrong person and that is why I was given the wrong answer. I was then sent a full bill, with no further contact.
