he worst experience we'd ever had. On the first visit to the office, we agreed to pay full cost of the invisalign in 4 credit card payments automatically withdrawn by the office. We were assured that insurance would cover 80% of the cost. As I was pointed out later, the office courteously filed the claim on *their* behalf to the insurance. 2 months later after I started calling to follow up on reimbursement, I've been told that the office had done "everything right", but my insurance had no recollection of the claim. Since then, I spent hours on the phone between the office and the insurance to only figure out that there was a ping-pong of claims and that the insurance paid its due (20%, not 80% as we were told), but the office had no knowledge of either requests for additional info or checks issued on their behalf. The saga still continues, the aggravation grows.
