I MISSED ONE APPT AND THEY CHARGED ME $50 I ASKED TO PLEASE PLEASE WAIVE AND THEY SAID NO AND SENT ME TO COLLECTION OVER THIS... THE RECEPTIONIST WAS RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY AND SAID THE ONLY WAY TO REMOVE THE $50 IF I GO GET ANOTHER CLEANING AND FILL MY CAVITY>>> I TOLD THEM THEY ARE GOING TO LOSE A CLIENT AND MY FAMILY TOO... I AM A DIABETIC WITH NO HEALTH INSURANCE I WOKE UP WITH A LOW AND COULDN'T MAKE THE APPT. SELF PAID. THEY HAD NO SYMPATHY AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE TO NO ONE!!!! THEY ARE IN IT FOR THE $$$ \r I PAID THE $50 AND LOSS THAT $$$ SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS SERVICE more
