Dental Cleaning 5/5/2011

I am deathly afraid of the "Dentist Office" due to a traumatic event that occured when I was just seven years old. Today's experience(cleaning) went better than expected because of the hygientist's approach and attitude. Thank you for making me feel comfortable during the cleaning, I sincerely appreciate it. more

Service was impecable. Debra, at the front desk, was very pleasant and friendly. Kathy, hygenist, was very pleasant as well and kept me extremely calm. She is extremely gentle and senses when things seem uncomfortable. We have been in Naples for 6 years and have tried several dentist, which can't even hold a match of any kind, to this office's expertise.We no longer have to return to dreary Nebraska for our dentist work. Thank you, Dr. Padilla & Staff, for making client service your #1 priority! more

I couldn't believe that on my first night on vacation in Naples - I discovered a huge whole in my front tooth! Thanks to the helpful folks at Charter club, I was sent to Dental Expressions and you guys were great! Immediate appointment, thorough exam (first in about 10 years!)and my new crown arrived in time before I had to leave. Made an appointment at home as you recommended and will probably have another check-up with you when I come down to Naples again next year. Thanks for your great service and friendly, compassion staff! more
