If at first you don't succeed... 12/20/2011

Came in with cracked tooth. Crown was solution. Permanent crown chipped after first day! I had to go through process of new temporary then new permanent crown all over again. No compensation for this ordeal offered. Time for a new dentist. more

I had a teeth cleaning & Zoom whitening 11/22/2011

Both the ladies I was helped by were very kind and professional. The young lady that did my teeth cleaning was very pleasant and did a very thorough job. I am very satisfied with my Zoom treatment and would recommend it to anyone looking for a whiter smile. Thank you so much for giving me a stress free dental experience. I would recommend Dr. Padilla and Dental Expressions to anybody. more

Prepaid Discount 8/25/2011

I had a bite guard made for me and when asked if I wanted to pay when the molds were initially made, the terms of the discount weren't clearly made. My understanding was a 10% discount if paid in full not financed or other payment arrangements. I was not given that $50 discount because of unclear messaging. Nor would your staff do anything to satisfy me the customer. Not sure I'll come back. Disappointed, Pete Kieliszewski more

Other than being a Packer fan (thus the only reason for less than 5 Stars), Dr. Padilla's actual work has been exactly what he has promised to date. He was very good explaining what was going to happen, he was efficient with my time, and the amount he charged was reasonable for everything that is being done. THANKS DOC! (Go Vikings!) more

Braces 7/18/2011

I am about to start my dental work and so far they have treated me very nice, they have explained the entire process and they have been very professional about it. They have also worked with me on a payment plan and the price is more affordable that other places I inquired in the area. more
