I have been going to the same dentist for about 27 years now, after I currently lost my insurance after an employment, I had to find a new Dentist that was on my new insurance list. My mother had called and the receptionist was so nice that she had my mom sold. I had to have an emergency procedure done and let me tell you, this group of ladies and Dr. Alicia Gordon had to have been the BEST group of people we could have chosen. The hospitality was incredible and the way they took care of me without even knowing me was the most amazing feeling. They even had to stay after hours for me and I cannot think them enough. Dr. even called me later that night to check on me. I doubt we will ever go to another dentist. They are so passionate about their jobs and it really shows:) I couldn't be happier about my visit!! Plus, the office is super cozy and beautiful and they tell you everything you need to know unlike my last dentist!! So, Thank you Franklin Dental Care Team :) You guys are amazing.
