Unprofessional staff and the inability to start any of our appointments on time seems like a good place to start. Phone messages do not get returned in a timely fashion..like, more than a week. When the dentist was unable to do a procedure, instead of going through proper channels (giving a referral...making sure who we were being sent to was also in our HMO), the secretary opened a phone book and booked our appt. When we arrived...after taking off work...found out dentist doesn't accept HMO, doesn't know about my wife's case, doesn't even perform the necessary procedure at that office. Complete waste of time. \r
