Everyone is extremely friendly, considerate, attentive, & knowledgeable. Late appts are available, so the need to miss work is minimized. I loved being able to watch a movie during a long procedure. It made the time go by quickly while waiting for the shots to kick in. The entire team makes a conscious effort to make the experience as positive as possible under the circumstances.
