I was originally content with the cheaper, reconditioned units I had purchased from this store. Six months later, the washer started having problems and became unusable.
As Dent & Ding only offers 3 month warranty on their reconditioned units, and charges an arm and a leg for house calls, I called a third party repair company.
They immediately identified the problem - one of the internal parts of the washer had been both held together and secured in the unit with zip ties. Zip ties.
When I called and tried to discuss the possibility of being reimbursed for my repair expenses, because ""shoddy construction"" does not equate to ""reconditioned"" in my mind (and an employee I had spoken to agreed with me) - the owner was rude, refused to acknowledge any problem with their units, and said it wasn't his problem.
Avoid this place. The repair costs are not worth the cheap initial purchase price.
