Our group has been holding monthly meetings at this restaurant for the past 6 months and are very pleased with the food, the service and the prices. During a remodeling the rear room was enclosed so that we have full privacy from the other diners, and vice-versa. The restaurant has been very accommodating in rearranging the tables and chairs to meet our needs, and is willing to provide individual checks for a group that exceeds 30 at times. more

just needed to comment on our recent visit to Denny's rest. on Lawrence rd. in north Syracuse. this was our first visit back to this restaurant in about 6 months.the last experience was such a disappointment. there must be something that can be done with the serving of the food that it can be hot when it comes to the table. some of us ordered breakfast foods, others ordered dinner foods. not real sure if this rest. is trying to make a transition from being known as a breakfast rest. to lunches and dinners. the quality of the food was below poor in presentation. some attention is definitely needed in the kitchen area. PLEASE TAKE NOTE!!!! more

  • In Short
With its kid-friendly vibe, booth seating and late-night hours (most stores are open 24 hours), Denny's draws night owls, seniors and families with kids. The menu sticks to classic American staples: wings, chicken strips, burgers, salads and the like. But breakfast is king, with specialties ranging from skillets, egg scrambles, French toast platters and several variations on the famous Grand Slam: two buttermilk pancakes, two eggs, two bacon strips and two sausage links.
