I ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich on ciabatta bread. My wife had the Philly cheese steak on ciabatta (FYI - It's pronounced CHA BOTTA). We both got them with a side of onion rings. It was enough for two meals since we only ate half. The sandwich and onion rings were great (bread was a little soft and soggy for being ciabatta), and the food didn't take that long, even though they were busy. Our waitress, on the other hand, wasn't so great. She didn't offer any refills on our drinks and assumed we were done by just laying the checks down on the table. How did she know whether or not I wanted some coffee or dessert? I felt like she just wanted us to get out of there. What happened to actually caring about your customers? As a former busboy and waiter myself, I usually give at least a 20% tip if the service is just ok. Not this time!
