I looked around for a new bed, and decided to buy one from Dennos unfortunatly. paid for everything and then they tell me I have to wait for it to be delivered. Then I read the receipt and no refunds? The salesman tells me if it's not in by this week then by early the next week but no later than the following Friday, and that they would call. Well a week later I call to check on it and they ask the brand of mattress and then say that truck only comes in once a week on Fridays. So now I know that the salesman knew all along that the bed wouldn't be in for at least over a week. So then no call on Friday again?? I call back, now they're waiting for my bed. They say Tuesday.. Today is Tuesday and no call so I call again. Now they say tomorrow?? Do they ever keep you informed? I bet it's not in tomorrow either and then I have to set up a time to actually be delivered. If I had known it would take this long I would have went somewhere else for sure. I feel like they have my money and now who cares about me. I do NOT reccomend DENNOS at all!!!
