Fine Experience 5/21/2012

I've had a fine experience renting a house from DW properties in Temecula. I'm about six months into my lease and I haven't had to deal with my manager very much, which is good because it means there are no problems. Good so far! more

My previous management company was lacking to say the least. Since I have changed to Dennis Wilson Properties, I have seen great improvements. It is hard for me to monitor since I live out of state but I have learned what to look for and know that they are doing much better than the people they replaced. more

We have had plenty of occasions that we have dealt with DWP. Every one there is a pleasure to be around and work with. They all have a can do attitude and I appreciate all that they do for us and the home! more

They were great to deal with during a small emergency. They had the disposal fixed and the sink draining within hours of the problem first arising. We were very pleased at the speed of the repair and the concern for our tenants. more

Dennis has managed our property for about 10 years now. He is always on top of what is going on with our property and our renters. He has helped to keep the house rented out. The only sat vacant for about 2 weeks in 10 years and there have only been a total of 2 renters in all that time. more

Proactive 5/24/2011

Dennis has been my property manager of the last 18 years. In all of that time he has always been proactive in ensuring the property was well maintained, the tenants paid rent as expected or he promptly followed up to get their payments. He also has made transitions smooth and seamless. I recommend Dennis and his team highly. He makes owning rental property effortless. more
