These folks don't keep commitments. Delays in delivery. They over promise & under deliver. Take no personal responsibility. Price becomes a moving target. Never return a call. Will tell you anything to buy time for themselves. Would give them zero stars if I could. more

Took my pool cover for repair in beginning of June...advised she would call manufacturer to see if warranty could be used...advised she would send out for repair (stiching of all seams)....Never called us to update us...apparently the store misplaced cover...Never returned my MANY MANY calls in regard to status of the cover...finally found cover and sent for repair late August (the day I called to have them cover pool for the seasont), its a long story from here but eventually in mid-october they covered the pool...Cover had a few bright green pasted on patches, looked like a kindergarten class had a project and it was not sent out for repair. No stitching had been done. Looking at the cover today, two huge rips on the seams down both sides...and the dirty mouth on that woman when I talked to her ..STAY FAR AWAY, and we had been good customers for many many years. PS..I had to put a rating so I put one star, they deserve zero stars...and now I realize why ALL my neighbors do not use this company any more. I have been a customer for over 10+ years and didnt have any problems until the older women started working for the company. Very rude. Probably going to start shopping for my pool supplies somewhere else. Can't stand the lady behind the counter. As poor attuidude and is always rude on the phone. Very unorgaized. Dont recommend going there for supplies. Serice department great if you could just speak to MArcus and not have to go through the women. Pros: Location Cons: The "New" owner Patty more

Tried endlessly to get them to come out and fix our pool cleaner. Always said they'd come; never have. and this after being regular customers of theirs for years. if you need responsible service, go elsewhere. We are. more
