well i have to say when we first went to by the mini van all was good,used car sales manager was willing to do what ever it took to get the sell. the owners son also jumped into the mix to get that sell and well we bought the mini van. the van is great !! BUT!!! when we went in for the free oil change and the free detail that was PROMISED to us via used car sales manager and owners son,all of a sudden there is policy changes and DEMPSY DODGE CHRYSLER PLMTH would not live up to their word so i paid for my own oil change and detailed the car my self and will NEVER buy another car from them again!!!!! nor will i ever talk kindley about your dealership. i have bought 3 cars from the naperville dealership and i will go back to them. more

I would not reccomend this dealership to anyone. I bought my car there about a year ago. After signing the paperwork I released that the number we had verbally agreed on was $3000 higher on the paperwork. The service department is horrible. They offer free oil changes with the purchase of the car which is nice, but I have had my car in for warranty work everytime it goes in for the oil change. They can't seem to fix anything. If you want to get ripped off on the price, and then have nothing but problems with your car then this is the place for you. more
