Renters beware - not renter friendly 7/19/2006

Poor customer service! My customer completed the application and submitted it and it was afterward we found out they also needed the first months rent, which they didn't have up front just for application processing. The company didn't process the application but still refused to refund the application fee of $35 per person which was $70 total. Yes, the requirements were listed on the application, but this fee could have still been refunded as a courtesy. They said they didn't process anything. Cons: Customer Service! more
