I will NEVER return to Demanes! Against the recommendations of friends, I took my puggle to Demanes because they could get me in at the time that I needed when I first got my puppy. Little did I know...They have the worst bedside manner for pets and the worst people skills I have ever seen in a place that should be professional. I took my puppy in for an emergency (he got into a bottle of tylenol) and they not only made me feel guilty for not watching him every second, but they kept me in the waiting room for so long, that it was too late to pump his stomach, so he had to stay for 3 days to be catheterized. When I went into the office, I was the only one there and I was completely ignored for an hour before my puppy was seen, despite the fact that they told me it was an emergency to get him to the office. (Later, I had another vet tell me that was absolutely unnecessary.) When I picked him up, they refused to let me see him until I had paid my bill, during which time they took him outside and waited in the 50 degree, rainy weather until I was done. After the fact, they were extremely unfriendly and unaccomodating, not to mention completely disrespectful of my time. On top of everything, my phone died while I was in the waiting room and the receptionist sighed and rolled her eyes when I asked to use the office phone for a short, local call. This was after I paid over $1000 to them! Demanes is overpriced (though their facilities to not reflect it) and rude! I strongly recommend finding another vet if you love your animals!!\r
Cons: VERY Limited Parking, Unfriendly Doctors and Staff, Unclean Waiting Area, Long Wait Times (even with appointment), Overpriced
