Very Professional, from the woman who answered my call to Jamie's repair. On one of the coldest days of the year, Deluxe was able to send someone out that very same morning to have our heat pump looked at and repaired. Everything was explained before and during the repair so there were no surprises! Glad they were able to fix it so quickly! Thank you more

Fast and friendly service 1/1/2018

Lost water through our faucets. Steve arrived from Deluxe Plumbing and assessed the situation and immediately got to work. Steve was very courteous. He explained everything. We will need a follow-up visit and I hope Deluxe sends Steve to complete the job. Excellent work. more

Sewerage backup 12/30/2017

I called at 8 am i don't who answered the but she very courteous and informative. By 12 that day steve was at my house. By 2 they were done.He explained what they were doing and the cost every step of the way.Left the work area clean. Would recommend them to family and friends more

Excellent! 7/20/2017

Tyler was our service technician. From beginning to end he provided excellent service. He was very knowledgeable and knew the problem within minutes. He was patient and persistent at fixing a stubborn issue that could have cost us more time and money. I was very pleased and will absolutely call Deluxe again. Money well spent! more

Hot water heater installed 5/30/2017

Dave was the person who removed and installed a new water heater for us. He was very courteous and pleasant to work with. His helper was also a good worker. Also, my overall rating for the service was a 10, from the initial phone call to the completion of the job. I will highly recommend your company to family and friends. thanks for a job well done! more

Water Testing 4/7/2017

Chad was very professional and clean when he did our water testing. His explanation was very well presented. There was no pressure to purchase anything on the spot. If this is the type of service this company gives, I would highly recommend Deluxe Plumbing & Heating for any plumbing job. more
