There customer service stinks. There automatic car mover (not sure what it's called) ""malfunctioned"" and push me into the truck ahead of me, doing front end damage to my car. And the rollers kept moving while I was up against the trucks trailer hitch!!! I felt like I was on a ride at Disney World. Anyways, I filled out and accident report and the Manager told me I would be contacted in 3-5 days. I did not hear from them so I called them. I was told my claim was in review and I would know next week. Well, here it is next week and no call!! I called again; I was told I would hear in 5-8 days, I told the person on the phone that today is Day 9. OOPS!!! She then said a review letter has been sent to me. What did they review? I never gave them the estimate of the damage on my car. I asked her what the letter said and the Customer Service person said she didn't know. When I asked her how could she not know, she just kept repeating that she has no way of knowing what it said because it's in review. I am so confused. First, she tell it was reviewed and a letter was sent to me and then tells me it's still in review. I asked to speak to a Supervisor. I was given to Bob Fischer and guess what---I got his voicemail and guess what again---he has not returned my call. The first time I called today, I was told the Customer Service reps were at lunch and I could leave a voicemail. Can you image closing down a customer service department for lunch--they should have round the clock coverage. AND, after the accident inside the car wash, when you get the car dried--they did an absolutely HORRIBLE JOB. Streaks, missed tons of spot on the windows, etc...I was so upset about the damage to my front end; I really didn't notice the crappy drying job until I got home. One of Delta Sonic's employee's at the Syracuse location told me that the prior weekend the same thing happened. The rollers didn't stop the cars and four cars collided.
When and if this is resolved, I will update my complaint. In the meantime, I may contact the Attorney General Office and the Better Business Bureau to see if this crappy, horrible customer service is common for them. I wonder if there any complaints out there about Delta Sonic.
